Auxiliary Manufacturing Wendigo – Cholla Turq, S35VN
The Wendigo is a hard-use handmade fixed blade from Auxiliary Manufacturing, the Reno, Nevada shop known for tough, carry-ready custom knives. Named for the creature of North American folklore, it's built to be carried every day and used hard, with a confident grip and an edge that holds up to real work.
The Cholla Turq handle is made from the natural skeleton of the cholla cactus, stabilized with turquoise-colored resin that fills its open, lattice-like structure. Every piece of cholla is different, so no two handles look alike.
The blade is CPM S35VN, a premium powder-metallurgy stainless steel that balances edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, and is still easy to sharpen in the field.
