Shipping:
Orders received before 2pm Central will be processed the same day. All orders over $125 receive free shipping. We will determine the carrier depending on the size and value of the order.
Shipping insurance and Signature Required options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
In the event your item is lost in transit, FedEx and UPS provide a basic $100 shipping insurance. Additional insurance is the responsibility of the buyer and is not automatically implied or included.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate- we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Package theft has become a common occurance and carriers are required to take a photo when the package is delivered. We highly recommend that you arrange for someone to receive the package, request a signature required, or choose to have your package delivered to an access point. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages and will not bear the costs of package theft. It is your responsibility to take proper precautions to receive your package and to file a police report with your local jurisdiction if your package is stolen.
Other shipping options - if you prefer USPS or UPS, those services are available at checkout, for a fee.
Returns:
We offer a 14 day return window from the date of delivery of your item. You can take an account credit for the full value of your item, less the original shipping cost, or a refund less a 10% fee to cover shipping and credit card fees charged to us. You are responsible for shipping your item(s) back to us. All returned items must be in 100% new condition, with all items included in the original package - tape, labels, or other items placed on the factory box will make it non-returnable. If it ships in an outer box, it should be shipped back in the same box. In other words, if we are unable to sell the item as factory new, it is not eligible for return. We must receive the item within 7 days of the return authorization or it will not be eligible for return. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 business days of our receipt and inspection.
To submit a return, complete a return authorization on the website.
Items financed via 3rd party (Credova) are not eligible for return.
Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipment, there is a 5% cancellation fee to cover the costs charged to us by the card processor. We will try and avoid this if the return is caught before the daily "batch". But, if the charge has been batched by the card processor, the fee has already been assessed and cannot be refunded.
Rewards Points:
Rewards points used on a purchase that is returned are forfeited and will not be credited back to the account.
Pricing Errors and Mispriced Items Policy
Purpose
Cajun Knife & Gear strives to provide accurate product descriptions, inventory levels, and pricing across all sales channels. However, occasional errors may occur due to typographical mistakes, data feed issues, system errors, or human error.
Pricing Errors
If an item is listed at an incorrect price, Cajun Knife & Gear reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order placed for that item, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
Examples of pricing errors include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect retail price
- Incorrect sale or promotional price
- Data feed or distributor pricing errors
- Website, marketplace, or POS system errors
- Coupon or discount calculation errors
Order Review
All orders are subject to review and acceptance. If a pricing error is discovered before shipment, we may:
- Cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Contact the customer with the correct price and provide the option to proceed with the purchase.
- Offer an alternative resolution at our sole discretion.
Customer Notification
If a pricing error affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.
Marketplace and Third-Party Sales
Orders placed through marketplaces such as eBay, Whatnot, GunBroker, Amazon, or other third-party platforms may also be canceled or adjusted if a pricing error is identified, subject to the policies of the applicable marketplace.
Goodwill Exceptions
While Cajun Knife & Gear reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, management may choose to honor a price, provide a discount, issue store credit, or offer another accommodation as a customer service gesture. Such accommodations are voluntary and do not establish a precedent for future transactions.
Limitation
The display of a product, price, or promotion does not constitute a binding offer. A sale is considered accepted only after the order has been reviewed, approved, and shipped or otherwise fulfilled by Cajun Knife & Gear.
