Benchmade Kitchen Knives
Benchmade's kitchen cutlery uses CPM 154 steel, which Benchmade says gives better corrosion resistance and edge retention than typical kitchen steels.
The line includes the Station Knife, the kitchen Meatcrafter, an 8" Chef knife and the Wildcoast outdoor cooking knife, with Richlite or G-10 handles. They are made in Oregon City, Oregon.
